CONSTITUTIONAL COURT AND ECHR APPLICATIONS

The lawyers of our office make an individual application to the Constitutional Court after exhausting all administrative and judicial remedies of those whose rights have been violated. Ordinary legal remedies must be exhausted for individual application. If no result is obtained from the Constitutional Court, an application is made to the European Court of Human Rights. Since the ECHR strictly enforces the application requirements of the court in the internal statute, you may need to seek help from a lawyer who is expert in this field.

Some of the services provided in this area are:

  • Preparation of individual application petition to the Constitutional Court and follow-up of the process
  • Application to the ECHR with exhaustion of domestic remedies
  • Implementation of the conciliation procedure in the ECHR litigation process
